Terms of Service

Last updated October 27, 2026

The agreement between you and Ixalabs when you use AppGlow. We kept it as short and plain as we could.

Who we are

Ixalabs, [address], registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KvK number]. Email: [contact email].

The service

AppGlow is a web app for making App Store and Google Play screenshots: an editor, templates, export to images, and AI translation. You can use it without an account. An account saves your projects online, and you need one for a paid plan and for AI translation.

Your account

Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself: you're responsible for what happens in your account. An account and its plan are for one person.

Plans

  • Free keeps 1 project in 2 languages, adds a small “Made with appglow.app” label to exported images, and doesn't include AI translation.
  • Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription without those limits, with AI translation.
  • Lifetime is one payment for everything in Pro, including future updates, for as long as we offer AppGlow.

AI translation on Pro and Lifetime comes with a monthly allowance, enough to translate a full set and its store listing into every store language. It refills on the 1st of each month. If we lower it, we'll tell you in advance.

The pricing page shows what each plan includes. We may add features. If we take away something you've paid for, we'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel and get back what you paid for the time that's left.

Payments

Our plans are sold to you by Stripe, through its Link service, as the seller of record: your bank statement shows LINK.COM. Link takes the payment, adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, and sends your receipts and invoices. Link's terms apply to the purchase too.

Prices are in US dollars; Link may show them in your own currency. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on your account page or in your Link account, and Pro then runs until the end of the period you paid for. If the price of your subscription changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first.

Refunds are explained in the Refund Policy.

Your content

Your projects, screenshots, texts and images stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only as far as we need to run AppGlow for you, for example to save, export and translate them.

You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for the screenshots you publish, including that they follow Apple's and Google's rules. You may use our templates, sample app screens and device drawings in the screenshots you make with AppGlow, but not sell or share them as templates of your own.

Fair use

Please don't:

  • use AppGlow for anything illegal, or to infringe someone else's rights;
  • try to get around a plan's limits, the AI allowance or our security;
  • overload the service, scrape it, or copy it;
  • resell access to AppGlow.

AI translation

Translations are written by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). They're usually good, but they can be wrong or miss a nuance, so check them before you publish.

Availability

We work hard to keep AppGlow running and your projects safe, but we offer it as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of the images you export.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account on the account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning unless the breach is serious. If we close a paid account without a breach on your side, we refund the part you haven't used.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.

Trademarks

Apple, App Store, iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. AppGlow isn't affiliated with or endorsed by either, and its device frames are our own drawings.

Law

The law of the Netherlands applies to these terms, and disputes go to the competent court there. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you can also go to court there.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you by email or in the studio at least 30 days before it applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel and get back what you paid for the time that's left.
