Refund Policy

If AppGlow isn't for you, here's how to get your money back.
14 days, no questions asked
Ask within 14 days of buying Pro (monthly or yearly) or Lifetime, and you get the full amount back. The same goes for a yearly renewal: ask within 14 days of it.
Monthly renewals
We don't refund monthly renewals, but you can cancel at any time on your account page and you won't be charged again.
After that
We don't refund the unused part of a month or year, unless the law requires it or something went wrong on our side, like a double charge or Pro not working for you. Then we always put it right.
How to ask
Email [contact email] from the address you use for AppGlow, or ask Link's support: Link sells our plans for us, and your purchase is in your Link account. The money goes back the way you paid; your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.
What a refund changes
A refunded subscription ends right away, and a refunded Lifetime purchase goes back to the plan you had without it. Your projects stay, and you can still open them all.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account stops a subscription at once, without a refund. If you'd like a refund, ask for it before you delete your account.
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU or the UK, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. The 14 days above cover that, even if you've already used Pro. Link's own refund rules apply as well, and where they're more generous than ours, they come first.
